The measurements and size of the dress being ordered will be agreed upon by The Bridal Gallery and the bride.

To place an order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Once the order form is signed, there are no changes, exchange, return or refunds. The balance for the dress is due upon collection.

You will receive a confirmation email to let you know your dress has been ordered and the approximate expected arrival date.

When your gown arrives, another appointment will be made to make final inspections and to collect your beautiful gown!

Veils, shoes and accessories must be paid for in full in advance of the order being made. This payment is also non-refundable and the order cannot be changed once placed.
