Returns Policy

  • No return/refund on wedding dresses, veils, bust enhancing inserts or jewellery. Final inspections on these items must be made on the day of collection and are sold as seen.

  • No refund on wedding dress deposits.

  • Shoes purchased online must be returned within 14 days of goods being received for a full refund or exchange. 

  • Shoes must be returned unworn, without scuff marks and with tags/labels attached in the original, undamaged packaging. Proof of purchase of goods must also be provided.

  • Goods that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.

  • Goods will be returned to the purchaser if it is suspected that the shoes have been worn. 

  • Refunds for the amount due will be issued through the original method of payment, excluding original postage costs, after the goods have been returned. 

  • Allow 7 working days for refund to go through. This can vary between banks.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. If the goods have been returned as faulty, the cost of the postage will be covered once provided with evidence of postage receipt.
